Trinity Uptown Masterplan

Fort Worth, TX, USA

Completion Date: 2006

Square Area: 210 Hectares

Part of a flood control strategy for the Trinity River, this master plan includes a bypass channel that frees up 500 acres for development in central Fort Worth that had not been available due to flood risk.

The plan establishes a series of character neighbourhoods that will accommodate 10,000 new households and creates extensive public waterfront land for parks and trails.
